Location: Live in Elizabeth, Colorado

I was at the 6901st from July 1962 through July 1964. It has been so long that I really do not remember many who were there unless I go through my old files and find my Air Force papers that I have filed away and look for names I would remember. I was an A1c while there and the only person that comes to mind right away is a Sgt Barton Darling who was my supervisor. Do not remember his exact rank, but he might have been a TSgt. He had lots of kids. The pictures on the site bring back many memories and I have several pictures that I would have to scan in to upload to the site. I also remember Capt. Halverson. I am originally from Texas, but now live in Elizabeth, Colorado. I did put in 20 years in the Air Force, retiring at Ft. Meade in 1981. Also served at Shemya Alaska, Karamursel Turkey, Peshawar Pakistan, Ft Meade (twice) Maryland, San Antonio (Medina Annex), Goodfellow (for 20230 school), Boerfink Germany, and two years in SAC at Barksdale AFB Louisiana. Some of my fondes!t memories are of Zweibrucken since that was my first tour after tech school. My entire class from Goodfellow was sent to the 6901st.
